HC Convicts 33 In Dalit Killing Case In Haryana

The Delhi High Court on Friday held 33 people guilty in a 2010 Dalit killing case in Haryana's Hisar district and said that "71 years after Independence, instances of atrocities against Scheduled Castes by those belonging to dominant castes have shown no sign of abating."....
